Hi! Great job on the game! I really like the concept and the visual style. Would you mind sharing how you made the overlaying grain effect? It looks very good, and isn't as overdone as some examples I've seen.

Love this game.

Cool, thanks!

Hi BackAt50ft, we really like this project and wondering if you would like to enter it into another jam called Cause Jam: https://itch.io/jam/games-for-loves-cause-jam-ix! More importantly, Cause Jam specializes in curating a package of games to send to children in hospitals. You can learn more about this at https://gamesforlove.org/. Let me know if you are interested!

I will take it back to the team and see what they want to do! I think they'd like this sort of thing.

Actually, I took a look and something smells funny. The link you linked to has a lot of wrong information (the jam page), and it's clear you just copy-pasted it, so I'm worried about the requirements and stuff themselves. We will not be submitting to it, but will instead keep our game here and allow kids to play it freely. We also do not intend to ever give away the project files like that.

Looks really cool. Especially sound design :) I'm just not sure I got the idea how to end XD

You basically have to beat enough mini-games and/or buy out the reality checks as often as possible to have 5 of them by the time you hit the end of the game. :)

OK now I see, I typed with 4 out of 5 lol

cool game! would like if the items in the shop had a description of if you could pull up the item menu while in the shop. also having a close button on the menus rather than just timing out

Completely agreed - the ability to close the help menu and the other menus at all only came up late in the dev process (like with an hour remaining), so I was just in a hurry. I will make sure not to do that next time! You _can_ hit space to skip any of them, but it would have been nice not to time out at all. Oh well. Thanks for the kind words!
